Interior painting built for Las Vegas homes
Most Las Vegas homes have textured drywall, high ceilings in the entry and great room, and a lot of builder-grade flat paint that scuffs the moment someone leans on it. A good repaint here fixes all three. We patch and blend texture where it has been damaged, use scaffolding to reach two-story walls safely, and move you to a washable finish that holds up to kids, pets and dust.
Our customers say the same thing in review after review: the crew showed up when promised, the lines were clean and the house was left tidy. One homeowner needed a dark interior turned light and bright on a tight deadline, so Armando had the crew work through the weekend to finish it.
Choosing paint and sheen
Flat hides wall flaws best but marks easily. Eggshell or satin is the sweet spot for living areas and bedrooms in most Vegas homes. Kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms do better with satin or semi-gloss because they handle moisture and scrubbing. We will walk you through options at the estimate and bring samples if you are stuck between colors.
What affects the price
- Square footage and ceiling height. Two-story entries and stairwells take scaffolding and more time.
- Color change. Going from dark to light, or light to a deep accent, usually means an extra coat.
- Condition. Lots of patching, water stains or old peeling paint add prep time.
- What gets painted. Walls only, or walls plus ceilings, trim, doors and closets.
- Occupied or empty. Empty homes and move-outs are faster because there is less to cover and move.
